The Augment itself can be either untouched or alterted to be casted on teammates. While active uses a determined amount of collected Rubble+Damaged absorbed within a brief window of casting it, recasting the ability could shotgun the fragment in a cone instead of a rolling boulder. Solution: Make it into mobile cover, hovering in front of him and working similarly to Bonewidow's Shield Maiden abilitiy.

Problem: It's niche, putting up a small wall that only works in narrow hallways and can turn into a boulder with mixed results with mods that primarily affect the latter. This would allow more fluid actions of attacking while utilizing other abilities. While active it still maintains the sliding attack but it's now bound to the (Quick)Melee Attack. Solution: Make it into an Exalted weapon, using Rumbler fists like boxing gloves (Can either be both fists or one like Fisto from He-man). It feels outdated and tedious and promotes a 1-trick wonder. Problem: I don't like having to rely on a Stat Stick to make this ability good as well as spamming the 1st ability while I swing the camera over an enemy. This would allow you to take more advantage of his durability and tying it to a resource ability like Nidus and Sevagoth's would promote more frequent use of his kit. Solution: Remove the degradation and health recovery, make it to where it chips away only when taking damage or using Tectonics and Rumblers (More on those later). It also doesn't help that most of the time it requires too much energy and a proper crowd of enemies to get the benefits.
Problem: Where to I begin with this? The armor gain is great but the degradation is unnecessary and is way too difficult to stack up if you're missing health. I'm gonna try and build a case with what could be done and hope it sticks, or at the very least, vent what I'd like to see but probably not happen. His kit just doesn't feel like it was fully thought out, there are various things about it that conflict with each other.
